If you receive an item that has been damaged you must contact us immediately – within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can organize to have it exchanged. You should call us on 1800 155 233 or email a photo and description of the damaged goods to hello@shadeaustralia.com.au
To make the process as easy for you as possible follow these simple steps
> Print this Damaged Good Returns Form
> It includes a Return Shipping Label
> Fill in the relevant details
> Repackage the goods in their original packaging and enclose the Return Goods Form.
> Contact our office on 1800 155 233 and we will organise for the damaged goods to be collected at the time replacement goods are sent. The return freight charge will be at cost.
> There will be no cost to you for the return of damaged goods.
